Euthanasia is a gentle and humane way to help a beloved pet pass peacefully when illness, age-related changes, or quality of life concerns arise. Choosing euthanasia at home allows your pet to remain comfortable in their own familiar space, surrounded by the people they love. At Companion Crossroads, our goal is to provide a peaceful, dignified goodbye while supporting you through every step.

Quality of Life Consultation
You know your pet better than anyone. But when changes happen gradually, it can be difficult to know when it may be time to say goodbye. An in-home quality of life consultation provides a compassionate veterinary perspective while considering your pet’s comfort, mobility, appetite, behavior, and the things they still enjoy. These visits can be especially helpful for families struggling with the decision or needing additional guidance. Courtesy phone consultations are also available.

Making aftercare arrangements while preparing to say goodbye can feel overwhelming, and we are here to help guide you through your options.
Dr. Megan and her family operate Green Heart Pet Aquamation, a small, locally owned water crematorium. Your veterinarian provides complimentary transportation to Green Heart after the visit, allowing your companion to remain in trusted veterinary care throughout their aftercare.
