Dr. Megan owns and operates a small, independent water crematorium, providing a compassionate, eco-friendly alternative to flame cremation. This gentle process, known as aquamation, honors your pet’s memory while minimizing environmental impact. From start to finish, your pet remains in the care of a trusted veterinarian, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. Their ashes will be safely returned to you or scattered in the mountains, depending on your wishes.

Individual Cremation:

Individual cremation ensures that your pet is individually and respectfully handled. This process involves careful identification, individual cremation in a dedicated chamber, and return of only your pet’s ashes in an urn of your choice. This option allows for a personal and lasting tribute to your cherished companion. Many families then choose to create memorable pieces of art or jewelry with their companion’s cremains. Includes direct transportation to the crematorium. Family assistance is required to carry large dogs weighing more than 40 pounds to the vehicle.

Group Cremation:

Group/general cremation refers to the practice of cremating multiple animals together. Pets are not individually identified or separated; therefore, the resulting ashes are mixed and cannot be separated or returned to the owners. The crematorium will then respectfully disperse the the group of communal ashes on a private property Conifer, Colorado. Includes direct transportation to the crematorium. Family assistance is required to carry large dogs weighing more than 40 pounds to the vehicle.
