Companion Crossroads has partnered with Lasting Paws Pet Crematorium to provide respectful aftercare options for your pet. The veterinarian will transport your companion directly to the crematorium after your appointment.

Private Cremation

Private/individual cremation ensures that your pet is individually and respectfully handled. This process involves careful identification, individual cremation in a dedicated chamber, and return of only your pet’s ashes in an urn of your choice. This option allows for a personal and lasting tribute to your cherished companion. Many families then choose to create memorable pieces of art or jewelry with their companion’s cremains.

Group Cremation

Group/communal cremation refers to the practice of cremating multiple animals together. Pets are not individually identified or separated; therefore, the resulting ashes are mixed and cannot be separated or returned to the owners. The crematorium will then respectfully disperse the the group of communal ashes on a private property Eastern Colorado.
